There is a reason this company is rated so high on Google, which is how I found them. Cara is fantastic, got me scheduled quickly for a quote visit, and she and her husband came together for the visit to my property. They took the time to give me educated answers about the trees and provided options of what I could do (without feeling like a sales push). The quote came quickly, was easy to read, and felt very fair. They also gave me brochures, which felt like it better equipped me to make the choices of what work I could choose to do. I took time to make my decision, so much so that the quote went into sleep mode. What I appreciate is that I wasn't badgered to sign. I had quotes from 3 companies, and this one uniquely stood out due to my experience on the front end of the process. Once I signed, Cara scheduled me right a way for the day/time the work would be done. I was so impressed, as I work full-time, and I was able to plan ahead due to their good notice that was quite a few weeks out. The owner doing the work is fairly direct in conversation which took me off guard a couple of times, but at the end of the day, I appreciate a no-nonsense approach that gets the job done. The helper that came with the owner was terrific - hard worker, and left my property (and my neighbor's property where some debris fell) cleaned up. I have no good access to my property, and the fact this company climbs trees and didn't require being on my neighbor's lawn with a truck was another distinctive. I'd choose this company once again. Responsive, no nonsense, educated, simple quote, simple process, and great work!
